Some Titanium Action Resulting In This!

2-3lbs of boneless chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces. Brown chicken only to pink is gone fully cooked.

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp of lemon juice
2 can condensed cream of chicken soup
little salt + pepper to taste

(mix all liquids in a bowl) and (salt + pepper the chicken)

1 bag of frozen broccoli spears or flowerets

In baking dish take a little of the mixture (soup, mayo, lemon juice) and spread on the bottom of dish. Next a layer of cooked chicken + layer of broccoli spread more mixture on top.

1lb-3lbs of white cheddar, cheese either cut up or shredded. Place some of the cheese on this layer. Make one more layer of chicken broccoli + cheese

Spread the last of mixture on top. Take 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1 tablespoons butter melt the butter and mix bread crumbs and butter together.

Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.


Titanium Chef! (tm) does a new twist on a family favorite.

5-6 lbs of boneless chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces. Brown chicken only to pink is gone fully cooked.

2-3 cups mayonnaise
lime juice from half a medium-sized lime
3 cans condensed milk
1 can condensed chicken soup (with noodles or without). Or cream of chicken soup if available
5 eggs
little salt + pepper to taste

(mix all liquids and eggs in a bowl) and (marinate the chicken the night before)

2 bags of frozen broccoli spears or flowerets. Or 4 boxes of frozen chopped broccoli

2 lbs of cheddar cheese. The cheese can be either cut up or shredded
1 lbs of mozzarella cheese. The cheese can be either cut up or shredded

1 16oz container of bread crumbs

In baking dish take a little of the mixture (soup, mayo, milk, lime juice) and spread on the bottom of dish.

Next a layer of cooked chicken and broccoli, spread more mixture on top. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the layer.

Next, place some of the cheese on this layer.

Repeat making layers of chicken, broccoli, cheese, bread crumbs and liquid mixture with the remainder of the ingredients.

Spread the last of mixture on top. Take 2 cups of bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons butter melt the butter and mix bread crumbs and butter together.

Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.

Now you could prepare this dish as is, but I stepped it up a notch. I added some chopped mushrooms for texture and diced red bell peppers for flavor and color.

1 package of white mushrooms, chopped and sautéed with onion powder and garlic powder

1 lb of red bell peppers, diced and sautéed with black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder

Sprinkle the mushrooms and bell peppers on top of the layers as you are making them.

Some additional things you could add are sautéed onions, bacon bits, or other colored bell peppers. If you want some heat to the dish, try cayenne pepper, jalapenos or habeneros. Try different things to suit your tastes.

The proportions listed in this recipe makes a large amount. It’s good for a party and can make for about 10-12 people. And there’s room for 2nd’s for many of them.

If you have a party and you have a hungry bear, then you may need to double the recipe. ; P
